His financial skills and client expertise allow Rick to focus on products that put the customers’ best interests first.
As a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) Rick has been in the insurance business for over a decade, and has represented several national carriers as an IMO since 2008. Prior to his work on Quality Quick Quote, he has managed a diverse financial portfolio which included exploring joint venture opportunities and business development.
The business of life insurance marketing is exciting to Rick because of the constant innovation and change. He believes that the present is one of the most interesting times to be part of this business, where there is such a growing transition to more consumer-friendly, transactional products that allow clients to get exactly what they need quickly and easily.
Rick earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln College of Business in 1990 and his CLU from the American College in 2012. His hobbies include scuba-diving, yoga, traveling, and enjoying a good barbeque with friends and family.
As a licensed agent in over 40 states coast to coast, Aaron Udell brings almost a decade of experience and expertise to his position as National Marketing Director for Quality Quick Quote.
Aaron is an expert in various styles of life insurance and well-versed in accident, chronic illness, and long-term care products. He has a focus on term life insurance, and specifically on selling no-exam term life. Prior to his work with Quality Quick Quote, Aaron worked with E-Financial for four years at heavy volume, winning many top producer awards before branching out on his own four years ago, giving him eight years of specializing in no-exam term life.
The life insurance business is important to Aaron because it allows him to help people get affordable life insurance that will allow them to protect their families, homes, businesses, and other interests. His hobbies include fishing, golfing, coaching baseball, and spending time with his wife.
Steven Insalaco joins SilverSide as Director of Business Development with over 18 years of Marketing and Sales experience.
Prior to joining SilverSide, Steven was a Multi-Media Marketing Specialist for Gannett where he created and implemented campaigns designed for client growth through Internet, social media, print and email marketing. Steven was Company Top Sales Representative for 2009 and 2010.
From 1998 through 2006, Steven was a Sales and Service Representative for Quest Communications. He was a recipient of the Presidents Club and Customer Commendation Awards.
Steven also worked as an Account Manager for AT&T Advertising Solutions, National Sales Director for Gold Coast Relocations and District Leader for Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Steven attended Fullerton College in Fullerton, California and Sandler Sales Training in Phoenix, Arizona. He is an Eagle Scout and fluent in Spanish.
